Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days from the date of purchase.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, Signed For, or Special Delivery services. The majority of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, while very large international consignments may be dispatched via UPS or FedEx. Please note that we only ship internationally by Airmail.

Shipping charges apply to all destinations and are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel and the cost of packaging. An estimated shipping cost for your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout.

We will always endeavour to ship your order in an expedited manner; however, with the exception of UK Special Delivery, we cannot offer a specific date of delivery. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to meet any stated delivery timescales, we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company, arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

External factors beyond our control—such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections—may occasionally affect delivery times. We will always take reasonable steps to follow up and resolve such issues to help ensure that your goods are delivered within the promised timescale.

Please note that any advertised delivery services (for example, “ParcelForce 48”) are provided for guidance only and do not guarantee delivery within a specific time window. These descriptions refer to the courier’s delivery timeframe once the order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. As we do not ship on weekends, all delivery estimates are based on working days only.

Delivery of the goods will be made to the address provided by the customer, who must ensure that suitable arrangements are in place to accept delivery when the goods are tendered. A contact telephone number is required to assist our couriers in arranging delivery at a convenient time.
