Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
For UK Customers
You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it or within 14 days of receiving your items — whichever comes later.
For International Customers
If you’re outside the UK, returns of non-faulty items can only be accepted with our prior approval and may be subject to a small administration fee.
How to Return an Item

We’ll confirm the return details and give you the correct address to send your item(s) to.
Return Postage & Refunds

You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll also refund your original delivery charge (UK only).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
When Returning Your Item(s), Please Include:

The item(s) in their original condition and packaging

Your original invoice, with a note indicating which items you’re returning and why
Please make sure everything is securely packaged and keep proof of postage, as we can’t take responsibility for anything lost or damaged in transit. Allow at least two working days for your return to reach us.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.

If items are returned damaged or not suitable for resale, we may return them to you at your expense.
