While web-swinging through the city, the wondrous wall-crawler accidentally bumps into Styx and Stone! What are the strange pair of assassins doing in the Big Apple today? Apparently they are guarding the movie studio of a sleazy producer! However the web-slinger is the least of their concerns; because Cardiac wants to put that same slimy producer (and anyone that stands in his way) out of business! As expected it doesn't take long for the three-way battle to erupt: Cardiac vs. Styx & Stone vs. the Spectacular Spider-Man! Lights, Camera, Action! Cameo appearances by Mary Jane Watson, Richard Parker, and Mary Parker.
