Doc Ock Lives!

Peter Parker has a hard time believing that Dr. Octopus is actually dead. And when he reads in the Bugle that Octavius' remains were never recovered from the plane crash that many think claimed the criminal's life, he becomes convinced that Doc Ock survived. Searching New York both high and low, he seeks his nemesis never knowing that he is Dr. Octopus' next target.

 After the wild battle at Kennedy Airport last issue, the Daily Bugle publishes a headline stating that Dr. Octopus died in the plane crash. But Peter Parker doesn't believe it! And a while later at the Big Apple's main power plant, the web-slinger's worst fear is confirmed: Doc Ock lives! So the amazing one swings into action for a fantastic (and brilliantly drawn) free-for-all against Doc Ock! Cameo appearances by J. Jonah Jameson, Joe Robertson, and Randy Robertson. (Notes: This issue features Gil Kane's first artwork on the Amazing Spider-Man title.
